Contest is open until June 30, 2014. All participants must register through the South Jersey Eye Associates Facebook Page and must have liked the page in order to be selected as a winner.
One winner will be selected at random to receive a free pair of sunglasses from our optical center. Winner will have the opportunity to select any pair of sunglasses that are valued up to $150.00 USD. The winner may also select to apply this $150.00 credit toward any eyewear purchase. No other discounts, specials, offers, or insurances apply.
All contest entries are subject to review and verification.
By entering the contest you grant South Jersey Eye Associates the rights to add you to a list of recipients of our monthly newsletter. You may opt out of these emails at any time following July 1, 2014.
The winner will be notified by email and by telephone. Their first and last name will also be published publically to our Facebook page following the random drawing on July 1, 2014.
