Quality
You can be confident that all our glasses are crafted from the finest quality materials and with the highest standards of craftsmanship. All of our plastic lenses are manufacturer guaranteed against scratching for a year —a $20.00 value—at no additional cost.
Lenses and frames are covered by a one year warranty at a nominal charge and are serviced only by professional opticians.
Price Protection
We promise that our eyewear is priced fairly and competitively. If you can find a lower price for the same glasses (frame and lenses) in stock at another retail location within 30 days of your purchase, just present a written estimate and we will refund the difference.
Satisfaction
If you are not totally satisfied with your glasses, you may return them within 30 days of original purchase. We will help find you a replacement and apply your original purchase price toward the cost of the new eyewear. There will be a nominal shipping and handling charge.
One Year Breakage Protection
If frames or lenses covered by our guarantee are broken or scratched, we will replace or repair them free of material charges for one year from the original purchase. A shipping and handling charge will apply.
Lifetime Adjustment
It is important that your glasses fit you properly. To maintain comfort and proper fit, we provide free adjustments for the life of your eyewear.
Eye Health Protection
Sunlight contains harmful ultraviolet light that contributes to macular degeneration and cataract formation. All our plastic lenses offer ultraviolet (UV) protection at no extra cost (a $20 value). Clear glass lenses require tinting or treatment for UV protection, available at an additional cost.
